About Rob

Robert E Barry was admitted to practice in 2001 after working for the in house counsel for a major insurance company. Since admission to practice, Rob has devoted his practice to representing plaintiffs. He has concluded literally thousands of civil matters to successful resolution and is not afraid to take on the big insurance companies in arbitration, mediation, trial or appeal. Rob is a seasoned attorney with experience ranging from the smallest civil issues to multimillion dollar cases and class actions. He has spoken in dozens of different fora and lectured in a number of different areas. He has been quoted in the AZ Business Gazette and various local news publications and stations.

Rob is originally from Rhode Island and has resided in Arizona since 1991. He obtained his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School. Rob attended law school on a Dean's Merit scholarship where he was a member of the Law Review and served as the Student Bar Association President. He received the American Jurisprudence award and was on the Dean's List Honor Roll. Rob is an active member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. Rob has recovered millions of dollars through settlement, arbitration, mediation, and jury verdict in trial.
